Monday April 16 at 11:07 a.m.: Two snakes were found in the courtyard between AB7 and Whitaker Hall. The three to five foot long snakes were determined to be harmless.
Wednesday April 18 at 12:17 a.m.: An Eagle News newspaper stand was reported stolen from outside of McTarnaghan Hall. The caller told UPD that there were papers scattered everywhere.
Wednesday Apr. 18 at 9:48 a.m.: A student involved with the FGCU archery club reported to UPD that he was being hazed on Facebook. The incident is being further investigated.
Wednesday Apr. 18 at 4:41 p.m.: A caller advised UPD that his roommate asked him to take him to the store, and when he refused, his roommate broke his skateboard. The damage was estimated at $50. The student will appear in court for criminal mischief.
Wednesday Apr. 18 at 8:34 p.m.: UPD was notified of a 20 year old female who had apparently overdosed on prescription medications in North Lake Village. The victim was transported to North Collier Hospital where it was determined she had ingested six tablets of amitriptyline.
