Eagles,
Suicide is an incredibly important issue, both locally and nationally, for college students. Eagle News spent weeks gathering stories and information to bring awareness to this often unspoken issue. Think about it. Talk about it.
We hope you will take the information provided and do what you can to help combat this problem. There are many resources on campus that can assist students who may be struggling with these, or similar, issues (see box on A5). Take advantage of them.
FGCU is your extended family. If you know someone who needs help, talk to them or seek the help of a professor, counselor or doctor. It could be a matter of life or death.
