Sold for $131 million

Spanish soccer club Real Madrid and English soccer club Manchester United have finally come to an agreement over the fate of the 2008 FIFA World Player of the Year, Cristiano Ronaldo. Head Coach Karl Semesko announced the signing of 5-foot-9 guard Eglah Griffin from Seminole Community College as the newest member of the women's basketball program. Baseball wins A-Sun championship

On Saturday evening, the FGCU men's baseball team clinched its second consecutive regular season conference championship with a 5-4 win in extra innings over the Stetson Hatters. The FGCU basketball program revamped their rosters this past month by signing some standout high school players.
